Why Purchase May Fail

The inability to make a purchase may be due to the Apple ID used to download the software being different from the Apple ID you are currently logged in with.
Due to policy reasons, we release the software under two separate entities domestically and overseas (similar to Douyin and TikTok). Therefore, to download software from different regions, you need to use the Apple ID corresponding to that region to make the purchase.
